Harz-Metall GmbH implemented a new planning and registration procedure for its customers and suppliers on January 2, 2017.
Due to your cooperation during the past years, significant progress has already been made in the process flow. By adapting the new planning and registration procedure of Norzinco GmbH, continuously developing the existing process and critically scrutinizing our working methods, we are striving for maximum performance.
Planned deliveries can therefore be announced by e-mail with a lead time of at least 24 hours before the planned delivery in order to ensure smooth and service-oriented truck handling. The registration form provided for this purpose is available on request at email@example.com.
After you have sent the registration form with your data, you will receive a confirmation of your registration or we will send you alternative delivery dates, if your desired date cannot be fulfilled. If you have any questions regarding the correct sorting of used batteries, we will be happy to send you our practical sorting guide as a PDF file.
The acceptance times for deliveries at Harz-Metall GmbH are as follows:
• Delivery per tipper
o Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 17:00
o Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
• Delivery in paloxes (fork lift insert)
o Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 13:00
